Return & Refund

You can return a product within thirty days from the date of delivery of the product ordered. The product must be in a condition allowing it to be put back on the market in new condition (unworn, complete, intact, clean).

After receiving and checking the condition of the Products, EDELI SPORTS will refund all amounts paid, including the initial delivery costs, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days ( fourteen days ) from the date of receipt of the returned Products. EDELI SPORTS will not be required to refund additional costs if an express delivery method has been chosen (more expensive method than the standard delivery method offered).

When the order cancellation only concerns part of the products ordered, the delivery costs will not be refunded.
